Mail Order Delivery
We have a standard delivery charge of just £5.00 * . Orders to Northern Ireland, Eire & Non-Mainland UK addresses will incur an increased delivery cost which will be confirmed by our team on any orders placed.
All of our products are delivered by courier/post between 8.30am and 5:30pm to an address of your choice. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods as they cannot be left without an authorised signature. We regret that if nobody is available at the premises we will have to make a charge for re-delivery. Please note that redelivery charges will be higher due to re-stocking and re-scheduling.
From the delivery paperwork, you will be able to identify and check the items you have ordered. It is vital that you contact us immediately to advise of any discrepancies.
In the event of goods being received damaged we will replace them but only if the damage is recorded on the couriers paperwork or, the damage is reported to us within 48 hours.
We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time.
Our standard delivery service is 5-7 working days dependent on stock availability.
Due to the size of our ready made cabinets, no payment is processed until our sales team have overlooked your order and finalised shipping charges with you via email or phone. This allows us to keep our kitchen prices as low as possible. You also have the added reassurance that your order has been checked for possible errors by our sales team.
- Cabinet orders are delivered for FREE in the West Midlands area
- Cabinet deliveries outside of the West Midlands - will be destination dependant.
Once your kitchen furniture order has been placed and has been confirmed by our sales team, we will inform you of your delivery day. Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacture and delivery.
All returns must be agreed with our Customer Services department in advance otherwise we regret that they will not be accepted. We also regret that surplus or incorrectly ordered items are likely to be subject to a re-stocking charge from the original supplier so please take the utmost care when ordering. Because all of our deliveries are supplied by courier, claims for shortages cannot be accepted unless notified immediately on delivery. There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just please call our customer service team on 0121 602 3332 within the 30 days of receipt for a full refund of goods. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We can arrange this for you and we do this at cost, which is £10 per box. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to call us. If you would like to swap your products for a different item then once again this can be arranged for you. Please just call us.
Please ensure that the goods are unused, unassembled and in perfect, re-saleable condition (this also includes the product packaging and instructions.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(1) In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty
(2) In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty
(3) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
(4) The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier.
